How do I order a class picture?    For the easiest and quickest way to order, click on the red “Order Now” button above and use our secure online order form.

What is your return policy?    You have a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are unhappy with your pictures, return the undamaged photos to us within 30 days and we will issue a full refund.

Are pictures available in any other sizes?    To keep prices as affordable as possible, we only offer 10x24 inch color prints.

 

Can I order a digital image?    No, we do not offer digital images.

 

How are our pictures delivered?    All pictures are sent via first class mail in a brown, cardboard tube to the address you provide when ordering.

 

How do we get a frame for our picture?    We have frames available. Click on the tab above marked Frames for a description and ordering information.   To order a frame online with a credit card click here.      

 

Can I order by phone?    In order to keep our prices as low as possible, and for your security, we do not accept phone orders.

 

Can I order at a later date?    Yes! But there will be a $10 late order fee to cover the additional expenses we incur when not ordered with the rest of the group. We have pictures on file for at least 5 years, possibly longer.
